As our Clinic Registered Nurse Lead (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. To thrive in this vital role, you will possess keen assessment skills, acute critical thinking, and a patient-first mindset, driven by a profound enthusiasm to help others. You'll be the go-to clinical expert, ensuring our patients receive top-notch care. From complex case management to hands-on assistance, you'll be leading by example and upholding the highest standards of professional nursing.
You'll lead daily huddles that are more motivational than mundane, facilitate ongoing training and development, and help foster a supportive and growth-oriented team environment.
We are offering a Sign-on Bonus to new hires that meet eligibility requirements.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our state
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- 1 year of clinical nursing experience required
