Perform residential electrical services including:
EV charger installations
Communicate with homeowners, presenting tailored solutions and building trust.

You’re a problem-solver with a strong technical foundation in residential electrical work.
You take ownership of your van, your tools, your customers, and your craft.
You’re comfortable with technology (iPads, digital forms) and adaptable to our modern systems.
1+ years of residential electrical experience.
Proficiency in panel swaps, service upgrades, EV charger installs , and general troubleshooting.
Own basic hand tools and testing equipment (we provide heavy-duty tools and safety gear).
Fluent in English (Spanish a plus).
