Meat Wrapper-Full Time (Temporary)

Position Summary
Join our meat team as a Meat Cutter and Wrapper and make a difference in the quality and presentation of each product. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring that members receive great customer service while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with teammates to build a strong meat team and adapt to other areas as needed.

Apply product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management to prepare, cut, grind, wrap, and trim meat products according to established standards.

Leverage digital tools to improve sales and the shopping experience, including handheld technology for production, training, and quality decisions.

Maintain operational excellence by following company policies, ensuring quality and date control, and eliminating waste.

Advocate for the department, modeling high‑quality service and products for members.

Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics, using the Open Door Policy to address issues.

Complete work assignments and priorities using data and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, and customers to identify and implement improvements.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum age 18 years.

Must complete all required job trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant experience in a meat department or similar fast‑paced retail environment.

Experience with handheld technology and data analysis.

Compensation
Hourly wage $16.00 - $23.00 per hour, plus potential premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, and performance.
