Attorney - litigation - law

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani is a national law firm with offices in all 50 states and is currently hiring civil litigation attorneys in its Silicon Valley office.

Responsibilities

Manage civil litigation cases including pleadings, discovery, pre‑trial motions, and settlement negotiations.

Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and trial proceedings.

Prepare written arguments and oral submissions for the court.

Research legal issues and develop litigation strategy.

Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups.

Qualifications

At least three years of experience in civil litigation.

Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of California.

Strong litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills.

Excellent research abilities and a self‑starter attitude.

Trial experience is preferred, but not required.

Ability to work independently and handle assignments with minimal supervision.

Experience in one or more of the following areas valued: Employment, Complex Commercial, Construction, Healthcare, Professional Liability, Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith, Environmental, Toxic Tort, Product Liability, and General Liability.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive base salary ranges:

Associates (1–6+ years): $100,000–$165,000

Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (5+ years): $140,000–$215,000

Partners (7+ years): $190,000–$275,000+

Additional compensation may include discretionary and performance‑based bonuses, as well as student loan repayment assistance.
