Head of Project Management

Overview

A growing commercial electrical contractor in Pacific, Washington is looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager/Estimator to help lead projects from bid through completion. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands both the numbers and the field - and enjoys managing relationships, solving problems, and keeping projects moving.

What You’ll Do

Prepare and manage electrical estimates and bids

Oversee commercial electrical projects from kickoff to closeout

Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, superintendents, and field crews

Manage schedules, budgets, forecasting, procurement, and timelines

Skills

5+ years of electrical estimating and project management experience

Experience estimating and managing projects around $1M–$10M

Commercial electrical or light industrial experience strongly preferred

Proficiency with Bluebeam, Accubid, Procore, and Excel

Strong communication and organizational skills

Valid driver’s license

$500/month vehicle allowance + gas card
