Technical Project/Delivery Manager

Must be local to DMV area. 2 days per week in the DC office. NON Local Candidates should NOT apply to this role.

Looking for 5-7 years of relevant technical delivery exp as a PM.

They use ServiceNow for tracking. Team is responsible for FEP Bridge (CF claims processing application) that other Blues plans can process their member healthcare claims through FEP Bridge (SaaS)

Needs a PM who can help drive the technical delivery of the application in response to what the customers need

Acquire resources from other teams, facilitate those conversations to have resources fill requirements that they receive from customers

Needs to have BG in IT (Specific technologies is not needed). General work week: 3-4 calls with customers where they are asking for certain changes to FEP Bridge. Needs to understand those IT requirements and then translate to Business language.

Needs to be OK taking ownership of the technical delivery of specific projects. Facets/ NASCO or any IT Healthcare vendor services exp would be a bonus.

Tech exp that would stand out: SFTP, MQ for EDI exchange, API calls, ability to interact with firewall and network teams

Role: Technical IT Project Manager

IT Project Manager, leads, plans, executes, monitors, controls and closes projects for the FEP Bridge Infrastructure team. This role oversees and directs complex enterprise wide corporate initiatives involving 15-50+ stakeholder groups across several organizational work streams utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodology to deliver results.

25% Actively plans and manages large scale Waterfall or Agile projects holistically around scheduled program increments and milestones, scope, cost, resource health and risks while collaborating with stakeholders in key meetings resulting in successful project delivery

• Manage the change requests and track its completion with team members. Ensure statuses are updated in tracking system (ServiceNow)
• Host meetings with stakeholders to intake, track status, and understand new project and technical requests.
• Leads, plans, executes, monitors, controls and closes projects for the FEP Bridge Infrastructure Team.
• Prepares key documents, present business cases and produces other reports as needed while collaborating with stakeholders to bring technical deliverables for projects to completion.

Experience: 5 years experience managing technical projects in a cross-functional, technical systems implementation
