Home Health Care Nurse (LPN) - Full/Part Time

We have immediate needs for private duty nurses (RNs or LPNs) in the Wixom area to provide home care to pediatric patients. Weekly pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour.

Day shift only; no strict shift mandates—your schedule can be customized.

Monitor and document vitals, symptoms, and changes in condition.

Assist with activities of daily living such as repositioning, hygiene, and mobility.

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and the healthcare team.

Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan.

Experience in home health, private duty, or long‑term care preferred.

Pediatric or adult care experience a plus; Strong communication skills and a passion for patient‑centered care.

Full‑time, part‑time, and per diem shifts available—including day, night, and weekend.
