SUMMARY The primary function of this position is for lays out, fits and welds fabricated components to assembly structures forms, such as machinery frames, tanks, and parts according to prints and knowledge of welding metallurgy. Selects equipment and plans layout, assembly, and welding, applying knowledge of geometry, physical properties of metal shrinkage and welding techniques. May operate other equipment such as overhead crane, forklift, high lift, crane truck.

Welding and fabrication of 316L SS tanks.

At least five years experience in welding and fabrication environment. Welding and fabrication of Tank building is a plus. TIG, MIG & Stick Welding skills preferred.

Language skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
