Station Cook
As a cook for the Asia Azteca, you will be responsible for executing daily prep and service with precision and consistency in an Asian and Latin American cuisine-focused environment, under the guidance of the Executive Chef and the Sous Chefs. Additionally, knowledge of food safety practices and proper ingredient handling is crucial to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. Responsibilities include participating in line checks, maintaining cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas, and ensuring prep meets the Chef's standards for Asian-inspired offerings. Cooks are also expected to follow all health and safety regulations, support daily sanitation efforts, and assist in educating front-of-house staff on daily specials. Experience utilizing a wok or other traditional Asian cuisine equipment is preferred

• Bi-lingual is a plus

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations.
Able to obtain/maintain Food Handlers Serv Safe certifications as required by the Lake County Health Department regulations.
