Temporary Testing Facilitator

VTC FacilitatorServes as a VTC Facilitator on a major IT services contract for the U.ArmyResponsibilities:Experience in training users in the proper use and operation of VTC systems.Experience in utilizing scheduling software to ensure appropriate coordination of users, participants, schedulers, and facilitators, providing continuous and trouble-free transmission of conferences.Experience in performer pre-conference testing and set up for video teleconferences and/or meetings.Experience in operating crypto keying functions on equipment for secure video teleconferences.Experience in assisting customers with access to the SIPRNET Kiosk.Experience in providing technical assistance as a backup to the Cyber Security Division when requested.Experience in providing daily on-site operational and sustainment support which includes maintaining daily, a log of performance tasks, customer requests, and known issues.Qualifications:Demonstrate successful completion of a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field of study.Three years' experience in working and collaborating with customers relying on computers and IT support for Department of the Army (DA) civilians, contractors, and permanent party military personnel.Security Clearance: Active DoD Secret ClearanceBenefits: We designed our employee benefits program around the goal of improving the quality of life for each employee.
