Quality Engineering (Assembly / Manufacturing)

Develop and implement electronics manufacturing, quality, and test practices at partner facilities.

• Investigate and resolve issues related to mechanical and electrical assembly processes.
• Utilize PLM tools such as Oracle Fusion and Agile to manage product lifecycle data.
• Apply quality tools and methodologies to analyze problems, drive creative solutions, and communicate effectively across teams.
• Coordinate and prioritize deliverables across multiple suppliers, internal stakeholders, and customer teams.
• Lead and support major project and program outputs related to manufacturing quality.
• Document key processes for managing supplier and customer quality escalations.
• Create detailed reports on supplier and customer quality issues for review by Infrastructure teams.

• Knowledge of industry-standard quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, 8D).
