Are you an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist dedicated to empowering patients on their journey to independence and elevating their quality of life? We are in search of a full-time, state-licensed OTR/L to become part of our dynamic and collaborative therapy team. Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and craft individualized therapy strategies to assist them in reaching their functional milestones
Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses for a holistic approach to patient care
Equip patients and their families with knowledge regarding therapy techniques for continued progress at home
Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatments as necessary to keep patients on their healing path
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
A genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to guiding them towards their maximum level of independence
