Receive and document emergency & non-emergency calls
Prioritize calls based on urgency, customer needs, and technician skillset

What You Bring

Previous dispatching experience (required)
Bonus: Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical dispatch
Bonus: Experience with ServiceTitan
Strong attention to detail

Requirements

Valid driver's license
Ability to pass assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screening
