TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Seneca, South Carolina, 29672!

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry
Contract (13–26 weeks) | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Onsite
Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit serving a primarily elderly population with conditions including respiratory diseases, infections, dementia, and neurological issues
Monitor and manage patients requiring telemetry observation as needed
Float to other units and campuses as requested based on census needs, performing only tasks within demonstrated and documented competencies
Collaborate with charge RN and interdisciplinary team to maintain patient flow and a safe care environment
Complete required pre-assignment modules and compliance training within 48 hours of receiving login credentials
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina
Minimum 1 year of recent Medical Surgical/Telemetry experience
Minimum 1 year of EPIC EMR experience
2 or more years of Medical Surgical/Telemetry nursing experience
~ Prior travel nursing experience, though first-time travelers will be considered based on overall experience

Work within a unit recognized for a healthy work environment and strong teamwork, with a charge RN present every shift to support operations
Pre-assignment orientation modules are reimbursable for up to 16 hours of completed time
