Kitchen Prep
Culver's of Commerce Township is seeking a friendly, motivated Morning Restaurant Opener. Shift starts at 7 a.m. and has potential for full or part time hours. Varied responsibilities to prepare the restaurant for daily opening include cleaning, food prep, machine sanitation, stocking and serving guests over the lunch rush. Starting wage $13+ per hour pending completion of training and food safety training certification. This means the independent franchisee controls and is solely responsible for the employment policies and practices for this location including, among other things, setting any requirements for this job and all decisions concerning hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing and scheduling. Consistently provides friendly guest service and heartfelt hospitality. Prepares quality products while maintaining proper food safety practices, portion control and presentation within service goal times.
Displays a can-do attitude that makes the difference between a great shift and an okay shift.
Reports to each shift in a neat, clean and unwrinkled uniform. Maintains a neat, well groomed appearance including personal hygiene, hair restraint and jewelry restrictions.
Reports to each shift on time. Follows established restaurant practices and procedures.
Ability to prep quality food, clean, sanitize machines and stock in a timely manner, comply with food safety standards and work independently. Must be able to pass ServSafe online food safety training course. Sound communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, food service environment.
