Qualifications

3‑5 years of sales experience, preferably in retail.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Expertise in upselling and customer relationship management.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Strong work ethic and team‑player attitude.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse clientele.

Able to work a flexible schedule.
