Prep CookEmployment Type: Part-timeAbout the Role: We're looking for a dependable Cook to do pre-shift prep work for high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen. You'll handle food prep, accept and organize deliveries, all while keeping your station clean, organized, and safe.Key Responsibilities:• Prep ingredients for menu items to recipe specifications and quality standards• Complete daily food prep — washing, chopping, portioning, and marinating• Set up, stock, and maintain a clean, organized cooking station• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health code guidelines• Monitor inventory and notify management of low stockQualifications• Prior cooking or kitchen experience preferred• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment• Food Handler's card, or willingness to obtain one• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs• Organization and inventory management experience• Team player with reliable attendance
