JBS Carriers is a leading multi-state and regional truckload carrier specializing in refrigerated and non-refrigerated freight, including live haul (cattle, hogs and poultry), tankers, container chassis and grain hoppers. Newly Increased Pay of $3,200 Per Week (Split Pay) For Teams!

Driver Pay Rates:

Team drivers earn $160,000 - $166,000 per year (split pay)

Earn $3,200 per week (split pay)

Detention pay of $16.50 per hour

Layover pay of $16.50 per hour

Breakdown pay of $16.50 per hour

Paid lumpers (no driver unloads unless they choose to)

Eligible for monthly safety bonus

Work Schedule: Weekly home time

CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver Requirements:

At least 21 years old

CDL-A with 1 year tractor trailer experience

Must have 48'-53' tractor trailer experience

Mentor and Training programs are available for drivers with less than 1 year of experience
