Manufacturing Engineering & Design

BluePrint and Origin Engines, located in Kearney, NE, is seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. We specialize in the development, design, and manufacturing of high-quality engines. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing new equipment and processes, as well as improving existing ones. Responsibilities
Design equipment and components for manufacturing processes
Implement new designs and processes in the production line
Improve existing equipment and processes for increased efficiency
Participate in and/or lead projects related to manufacturing engineering
Qualifications

• Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD systems
• Experience with PLC programming
• Electrical knowledge of incoming power and control voltage systems
• Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Good teamwork skills and ability to work independently
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Robotics is preferred
• 10+ years of job experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable
