Overview Hero Doughnuts is looking to add a Baker to the team. The Baker is responsible for opening the bakery early in the morning, mixing dough, preparing fillings and glazes, ensuring food quality, and executing to offer fresh and delicious goods to guests daily.
Responsibilities Open the bakery early in the morning.
Mix dough and prepare fillings and glazes.
Manage food quality and maintain safety and sanitation practices.
Train staff and proficiently use bakery management tools.
Work to optimize food cost and minimize waste in the bakery department.
Ensure daily delivery of fresh and delicious products to guests.
Qualifications Friendly, eager to learn, and self-motivated.
