Regular Full-Time Server Assistant
Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven individual for our F&B team - a server assistant who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do and shares our passion for service excellence!
A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with guests
Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience
Current New Mexico Alcohol Serve and Food Handler certifications
- 1 + years of experience as a food runner or restaurant service work
- Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in English: ability to accurately read food tickets and communicate orders
Welcome guests warmly and provide water, bread, and butter service
Stock and replenish linens, china, glassware, silverware, and service products to support efficient restaurant operations
Assist with the preparation and service of select food and beverage items, including toast, soups, and beverages
Set up, maintain, break down, and clean buffet displays and food stations to ensure presentation and cleanliness standards are met
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to all health, safety, and sanitation standards
