One year of food service experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or long-term care dining

Assist with food preparation and meal service in accordance with resident diet orders, menu standards, and portion guidelines

• Support safe food handling, sanitation, and infection control practices following state, local, and facility regulations
• Prepare and portion food items according to therapeutic and modified diet requirements as directed
• Assist with tray line service, meal delivery, and dining room support to ensure positive resident dining experiences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, serving areas, and equipment
• Work collaboratively with dining team members and supervisors to ensure efficient meal service
• Support a welcoming, customer-focused dining environment for residents, families, and guests

One year of food service experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or long-term care dining
# Experience following diet orders, portion control standards, and food safety procedures

Ability to interact respectfully and positively with residents, families, and team members

• Ability to read and understand English and follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to comply with all federal, state, and local health regulations, including required post-offer screenings
