When technicians are unreliable, disengaged, or unwilling to accept feedback, the burden inevitably falls on the supervising BCBA.

We offer a starting base salary of $75,000-$85,000, determined by your experience, clinical expertise, and the value you bring to our organization.

Our minimum billing requirement is 20 hours per week.

We recognize that being an exceptional BCBA involves far more than billable services.

Treatment planning, thoughtful clinical analysis, documentation, family collaboration, and technician development are fundamental responsibilities of your position.

We want our clinicians focused on delivering excellent services, not simply chasing the next billable unit.

And for clinicians who demonstrate exceptional performance, our bonus structure provides an opportunity to earn up to $95,000 in total annual compensation.

Our services are primarily delivered in clients' homes throughout Central Ohio.

You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with families, promote meaningful skill generalization, and develop treatment plans that address the real challenges children and caregivers encounter in their everyday lives.

What You’ll Do
As a BCBA at Lotus, you will:

Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.

Independently manage an assigned caseload and make data-driven clinical decisions.

Provide direct clinical oversight and ensure treatment plans are implemented effectively.

Supervise, mentor, and develop RBTs and behavior technicians who are held to high professional standards.

Collaborate with caregivers to promote meaningful, sustainable outcomes.

Coordinate with schools, physicians, and other professionals when appropriate.

Maintain timely, accurate, and clinically sound documentation.

Participate in clinical collaboration, case consultation, and professional development.

Take ownership of your caseload and the quality of services delivered under your supervision.

Uphold BACB ethical standards and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, professionalism, and accountability.

Performance bonus opportunity: Earn up to $95,000 in total annual compensation.

$5,000 sign-on bonus after four months of successful employment.*

Qualifications

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

Current Ohio Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst (COBA) certification, or eligibility to obtain it.

Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.

Demonstrated ability to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide clinical supervision.

Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and professional accountability.

Ability to travel to clients' homes throughout assigned service areas in Central Ohio.

Both experienced BCBAs and motivated newer clinicians who demonstrate strong clinical judgment, initiative, and a commitment to professional growth are encouraged to apply.

We’re offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus to newly hired, full-time BCBAs! The bonus is earned upon successful completion of four (4) consecutive months of employment, provided the employee maintains required professional credentials, meets established performance expectations, and remains actively employed in good standing. The bonus will be paid on the first regularly scheduled payroll following the four-month anniversary, subject to applicable tax withholding.
