A Senior Recruiter is Responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment plans, partnering with hiring managers to identify talent needs, sourcing high-quality candidates through networking and diverse channels, conducting in-depth interviews, negotiating compensation packages, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the full recruitment life cycle, often acting as a key advisor to leadership on talent acquisition strategies.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business goals and identify talent gaps, then develop proactive recruiting strategies to attract top talent.

Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various methods like networking, social media, job boards, and professional associations to identify and engage potential candidates, including passive candidates.

Hiring Manager Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on job descriptions, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation.

Negotiate compensation packages with candidates, considering market data and company guidelines.

Employer Branding: Contribute to maintaining a positive employer brand by promoting the company culture and employee value proposition.

Diversity Recruiting: Implement strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates and promote inclusivity throughout the recruitment process.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics and provide insights to inform future hiring decisions.

Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for future openings.

It involves effectively bridging talent gaps with high-quality hires, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and driving strategic improvements in our recruitment processes. Ultimately, success is measured by your ability to not only fill roles, but to also elevate our talent acquisition function, aligning it with the overall business strategy and contributing to our long-term success.

Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies that result in a robust talent pipeline, including reaching passive candidates and diverse demographics.

Establishing strong partnerships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor, and influencing hiring decisions with data-driven insights.

Demonstrating expertise in candidate assessment and selection, leading to high retention rates and strong performance of new hires.

Successfully negotiating competitive and attractive offers that align with market data and internal guidelines.

Contributing to a positive employer brand, enhancing our reputation as an employer of choice.

Effectively tracking and reporting recruitment metrics, providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Staying current with recruitment trends, tools, and technologies, continuously optimizing our processes.

Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment across various levels and functions, primarily in Technology Recruiting.

• Strong networking and relationship building skills.
• Expertise in sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media and professional networks.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
