Physician Site Lead Family Medicine (No OB)

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

Active or eligible California medical license

Full-time Family Medicine Physician Site Lead role in Los Gatos, CA with a weekday schedule serving a diverse patient population in an outpatient setting.

This Physician Site Lead position combines outpatient clinical care with leadership responsibilities in an established Family Medicine practice. The role includes providing full-spectrum care excluding OB, treating patients of all ages including newborns, and performing common procedures. Physicians work 33 patient-facing hours weekly, seeing 18 to 20 patients per day, supported by a collaborative care team and specialty access. The Site Lead oversees clinic operations, supports provider engagement, assists with recruitment and onboarding, and drives a high-quality, efficient care environment. Ideal candidates are strong clinicians and leaders who value collaboration and performance improvement.
