Job Description Escrow Officer (LPO)
Bring your escrow and real estate experience to a growing, independent firm where you will have the opportunity to lead a team, run the office, and have a meaningful voice in how the business operates.
As the Escrow Officer, you will oversee residential transactions, support your team, and serve as a key relationship contact for established clients and referral partners throughout the Seattle metro market.
The company has a strong client base, a steady pipeline, and a reputation for personalized service. Escrow Officer Responsibilities
Review contracts, title reports, lender instructions, and closing documents
Prepare settlement statements and escrow documentation
Maintain accurate, compliant, and organized escrow files
Escrow Officer Qualifications
- 3+ years of Washington escrow experience
- Strong knowledge of Washington escrow and title procedures
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance with a generous employer contribution
