The main function of the Concierge, or as we at Priority Life Care call it, Concierge, is to provide exceptional assistance and information to incoming guests, visitors, and staff to facilitate their entrance into or exit from the facility. Works as the face of the community by providing a welcoming and informative experience for residents, their families, and the public

Operates telephones to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information and taking messages

High School diploma or equivalent preferred; a minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience; Prior experience in long-term care, home health or related service industries, a plus
