Built along the banks of the Neches River in 1903, the original ExxonMobil Beaumont refining facilities have grown into an integrated petrochemical complex on 2,700 acres and have contributed to the economic and social landscape of southeast Texas. In fact, 1 in 7 jobs in Jefferson County are linked to ExxonMobil, making it an integral part of the community. With a workforce of more than 5,500, the Beaumont complex includes a refinery, chemical plant, polyethylene plant and lubricant blending and packaging plant. The complex is part of ExxonMobil's current building and expansion plans for the U.Not only does Beaumont produce Mobil 1, the world's leading synthetic motor oil, it is the only manufacturer of Mobil Aviation Greases. Other products include fuels and chemical compounds used in a diverse range of products, including plastics, Nylon, shrink wrap and more.

The Warehouse Operator position is responsible for safely executing the packaging and shipment processes of finished products and raw materials throughout the world. Additionally, Warehouse Operators commonly support much larger bulk and blending manufacturing processes as they grow and develop their careers as an ExxonMobil employee. Warehouse Operators will work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and occassional holidays in our Beaumont, TX facility.
Primary job roles are focused on general warehouse operations along with the oversight of packaging equipment and processes. This includes forklift operations supported by the utilization of a computerized warehouse management system and/or automated packaging equipment.
Employees are responsible for ensuring various aspects of quality, safety and team performance are efficiently executed
Employees are expected to work overtime when required by the business line

Prior industrial experience is preferred, particularly hands-on experience with equipment and manufacturing processes.
