Join Our Rehabilitation Team! Brinton Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. Working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence while providing exceptional, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities
Administer physical therapy treatments and interventions as outlined in individualized care plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, balance, coordination, endurance, and functional independence.
Monitor resident progress and communicate changes or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist.
Accurately document treatments, resident responses, and progress in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
Educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and safety practices.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
Ensure a safe, clean, and therapeutic treatment environment.
Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and professional practice standards.

Qualifications
Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility, rehabilitation center, or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care.
Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
