Lead Your Shift — Supervise and support CNAs to ensure high-quality care; make rounds and ensure care plans are followed; collaborate with physicians, therapy, and interdisciplinary team; communicate clearly with families and residents; Deliver Exceptional Clinical Care — Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately; monitor resident condition and report changes; respond confidently in urgent and changing situations
Be Part of Something Bigger — Support infection control and safety standards; participate in quality assurance and care planning (MDS support); assist with training and mentoring new staff; help maintain a culture of accountability and compassion
Active, unencumbered LVN/LPN license
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
Most importantly: someone who leads with integrity, treats residents with dignity, and supports their coworkers.
