Position Purpose Server assistants are responsible for assisting the team in delivering each guest a unique high-quality experience with passion and knowledge in an energetic atmosphere. The position is a dual role responsible for proper food delivery and cleanliness throughout the shift This role is constantly moving to assist team members and quickly resetting areas for new guests to start having fun. We’re resourceful, proactive and creative. Quality matters. Executing with precision and pace will help both other team members and the business succeed.
Responsibilities Listen to the Customer:
Foster a positive environment by training new runners and supporting teammates during high-pressure situations.

Maintain gaming equipment condition including sanitation.
Execute opening and closing procedures swiftly and efficiently to prepare the floor for service.
Multitask effectively during peak times to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and enthusiasm throughout each shift.

Food
All issued training testing throughout employment
Requirements & Minimum Qualifications Current food handlers and alcohol certification maintained through employment
Available to work various shift times and days, including weekends and holidays
Server Assistant / Food Runner Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay of $21.30plus tips.
