Service Department Customer Service Porter

Purpose of Position : The Porter works with the Service Department moving vehicles around the dealership lot and retrieving vehicles to and from customers when service is needed or completed
Preparing vehicles to be service by putting down mats and plastic to protect interiors and communicating to service personnel of issues with the vehicle.
Using good judgement and safe driving skills while being courteous to customers.
Shuttling customers to their homes, places, of business or designated aera and then picking them up after their vehicle is serviced in a timely manner.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, supervisor and co-workers.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
