To maintain cleanliness throughout the property and provide assistance to the food and beverage staff in alignment with the mission and core values of the company.
Our mission is to provide a superior gaming and dining experience for all of our guests. As a Porter, you will have the most contact with the areas of the facility where our guests frequent during their gaming and dining experience.

All job duties are to be performed in accordance with Company Policies & Procedures, Safety Regulations and other legal regulations and requirements (California Health & Safety Code, Division 104, Part 7 - Retail Food). includes keeping the gaming floor area clean; cleaning and maintaining all restrooms, picking up papers, trays, and recycle boxes from the Gaming Floor, and around the guests
Promote teamwork by circulating the gaming floor and dining room for maximum availability and assisting other team members, as needed
Actively participate in safety training by making it a priority each day, takes a leadership role among peers by reporting unsafe practices or hazardous conditions to the CSM, Security or Casino Operations Manager
Report to CSM or Security any individuals in the casino who appear to be underage, intoxicated, whose conduct appears to be illegal, or who poses a threat to the Company's operations
actively pursues relevant training opportunities and utilizes newly acquired knowledge to the benefit of the company and its customers.

High school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required. A minimum of 6 months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred, but not required.
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Reasoning Ability: The ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to heat and humid conditions and vibrations from the kitchen or service stations, slippery floors, bacteria in foods, and the smell of food and alcoholic beverages.
