BCBA- Full Time - Clinic

BCBA – Behavior Analyst | Charleston, SC (West Ashley) Full-Time | Direct Hire | Start Date: June 2026

We're placing a passionate, experienced BCBA into a clinic-based role at a newly-established, individually owned ABA clinic in the West Ashley area of Charleston, SC. This is not a corporate PE-backed organization — it's a purpose-driven, clinician-supported environment where you can actually focus on what you were trained to do.

What Makes This Role Different

True work-life balance — Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. No nights, no on-call. A play-based, NET-focused model that includes community field trips and strong parent involvement.

Your Role

You'll conduct assessments, supervise treatment plans, train RBTs, and deliver parent training. BCBAs here are not scheduling staff, chasing insurance, or doing HR tasks. Max caseload of 12 full-time clients (32 billable hours/week). Practicum students and interns support your caseload.

Support Structure

You'll be backed by an experienced Clinical Director, remote corporate BCBA support, and a robust LMS with ongoing training content. Two weeks of initial onboarding training provided. Owners stay out of clinical decisions.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $90,000 – $105,000 DOE
