At The Lash Lounge we pride ourselves on our proprietary training approach to healthy lash extensions which focuses on the health and care of our guests natural lashes. The Lash Lounge offers a complete menu of services including Perming, Tinting, Threading, and more. Our salon creates a warm and inviting atmosphere and provides our guests a personalized experience in an elegant, relaxing, and sanitary spa-like setting. We seek a self-motivated, friendly and responsible Lash Stylist who understands the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions and enjoys working with people. This position is critical to the success of the salon and contributes to the positive reputation and overall culture that is conveyed to each and everyone of our guests.

Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services and ancillary services to include lash & brow tinting, lash lifts, and facial threading

Maintain a clean and sterile work environment and assist with the cleanliness of the salon

Assist with promotional events at the salon or outside the salon to help market the salon and build the brand

Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license in Illinois

Customer service focused with emphasis on guest satisfaction

Flexibility with the ability to work evenings, weekends, weekdays as required
