This position involves delivering evidence-based nursing care to adult patients with cardiac conditions who require continuous telemetry monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions.

Interpret cardiac rhythms accurately.

Administer IV medications as prescribed.

Develop and coordinate personalized care plans.

Work collaboratively with physicians and a multidisciplinary team.

Provide education to patients and their families regarding cardiac health and recovery processes.

Ensure safe transitions of care for patients.

Qualifications and Requirements

Current RN license.

Experience in a telemetry or cardiovascular setting is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
