Insurance Restoration Estimator / Xactimate Estimator Location: Clinton Township, MI
We are a rapidly growing, full-service restoration company seeking an experienced Insurance Restoration Estimator to join our team. If you have a strong background in insurance claims, Xactimate estimating, and residential/commercial restoration, we'd like to speak with you.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships with customers and insurance professionals, and takes pride in writing accurate, detailed estimates.
Base Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 + commission bonuses
Inspect residential and commercial properties following water, fire, storm, mold, vehicle impact, and other property losses.
Meet with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients.
Coordinate with project managers to ensure projects are properly scoped and handed off.
Track estimate approvals and assist in converting opportunities into completed projects.
Maintain organized documentation within company software.
Minimum 3 years of insurance restoration estimating experience.
Experience with water, fire, storm, and reconstruction estimating.
Strong understanding of insurance claims processes.
Ability and willingness to inspect residential and commercial roofs, including walking roofs and working at heights while using company-provided fall protection and safety equipment.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
