This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Family Medicine Physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
The Team & Structure: Join an established clinical team of physicians and APP's dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive care to families across the community.
Call Schedule: Minimal shared call rotation, heavily supported by a nurse triage service to ensure professional balance.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
