Location: Palmdale, CA
Duration: 11 months

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services to employees who become ill or suffer workplace injuries.
• Administer first aid and provide follow-up treatment and injury care.
• Operate and support onsite medical dispensary activities.
• Maintain treatment records and employee medical documentation.
• Prepare accident and injury reports.
• Provide employee health education and wellness information.
• Dispense standard medications in accordance with company policies and nursing regulations.
• Refer serious injuries and illnesses to physicians or emergency care providers.
• Assist physicians during employee examinations and evaluations.
• Support the Environmental, Health, Safety and Medical (ESHM) department as needed.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by a State Board of Nursing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Experience providing first aid, injury assessment, and employee health services.
• Ability to maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work onsite in Palmdale, CA.

• Occupational Health Nursing experience.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, aerospace, or corporate health environments.
• Experience with workers' compensation case management.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience providing health education and wellness support.
• Familiarity with OSHA and workplace health programs.
