Job Overview
Part‑Time Retail Display Merchandiser - Nutley, NJ (Onsite)

Hours: 12-20 per week. Candidate must reside within 25 miles of the territory center. Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between stores. Phone stipend for apps used during work hours. Hourly wage $17.00-$17.50.

Responsibilities

Build, fill, and maintain in‑store displays.

Ensure proper rotation, placement, and facing of products to attract customers.

Call on assigned stores to deliver superior merchandising service.

Build and foster relationships with store employees and managers.

Perform physical tasks including stoops, kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lb, and occasional heavy lifting; manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.

Qualifications

Stand for 8-10 hours a day, stooping, kneeling, bending, pushing, and pulling.

Lift up to 40 lb, climb ladders and step‑stools repeatedly, reach above shoulders repeatedly.

Visit assigned stores during shift.

Use a personal vehicle and maintain a clear driving record with no significant violations in the last 36 months.

Access necessary apps while in store to report hours worked, daily tasks, and communicate with Retail Sales Leads.

Benefits & Compensation
Hourly wage $17.00-$17.50 + mileage reimbursement + phone stipend.
