We are a well-funded biotech startup that has developed a suite of proprietary technologies combining ultrahigh throughput single-cell functional screening with computational AI models to advance the development of immunotherapies for cancer and autoimmune diseases. We are currently looking for a research associate to join our interdisciplinary team. Carry out a variety of cell biology tasks, including mammalian cell culture, virus harvesting, and transfections/transduction of various cell lines.
Assist with molecular cloning tasks including design, PCR, gel extraction, transformation, plasmid preparation, and sequence analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering or equivalent.
Skill sets required: molecular cloning, flow cytometry, ELISA, cell line and primary T cell culture, and lentiviral transduction.
Experience with NGS sequencing and analysis.
Full-time, Mon-Fri
