shift MIG Welder Production

We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for high-precision GTAW welding on custom and standard metal components. Precision Welding: Interpret technical drawings, AWS weld symbols, and project specifications to determine joint design and proper weld sequences.
Equipment & Joint Setup: Select tungsten types, regulate shielding gas flow, calibrate machine amperage, and prepare/clean base metals to prevent weld contamination.
Quality Inspection: Inspect finished welds for surface defects (porosity, undercut, cracking) and ensure compliance with strict tolerance standards.
Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment, dress tungsten electrodes, and strictly adhere to shop safety protocols and PPE requirements.
Experience with Laser Welding is a HUGE plus!
Proven experience as a TIG Welder working with stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel.
Ability to read and work directly from complex blueprints and welding symbols.
