Architect Needed ASAP

We are located in LIC and seek a friendly, highly motivated, organized, pro-active, creative and self-disciplined Architect with a minimum of 7 years of practical experience. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent

• Proficiency in and experience with Revit [priority], AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape, Adobe Suite including Photoshop, In-design and other computer application literacy
• Proficiency in residential and commercial construction documents
• Familiarity with NYS and NYC Building Codes and Building Practices
• Experience with coordination of consultants including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Structural engineers as well as lighting designers and other consultants
• Experience with field/construction administration
• Multi-tasking/time management skills: the ability to work on several projects at the same time in either a management or production role
• Oral and written command of the English Language

Guide and execute projects through all phases of design

• Produce and coordinate high quality drawings in conformance with project time, scope and quality parameters.
• Effectively document designs through Construction Documents, Construction Administration, and final punch list.
