WhatYou’llDo Advanced Wound Care & Patient Assessment
Apply advanced techniques such as debridement, dressingselection, skin grafts, and infection control.
Partner with facility healthcare teams to coordinate care plans and treatment updates.
Ensure continuity of care through consistent communication and collaboration.
Multi-Facility Travel & Scheduling
Manage a travel schedule visiting multiple facilities weekly.
Ensuretimelyand efficient care delivery with professionalism and compassion.
1+ years of experience in advanced wound care highly preferred
Wound care certification (CWOCN, CWS, WCC, WOCN) is a plus
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel consistently to facilities located throughout Philadelphia, PA.
