Job Description Physical Therapist Assistant - SNF – UHC Staffing Physical Therapist Assistant - SNF Location: St. Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, Day shift (35 hours guaranteed weekly)

Help residents improve mobility, balance, and strength through targeted exercises
Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with the rehab team to adjust care plans as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming therapy environment
Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Missouri
- 1-3 years of experience in skilled nursing or a similar rehab setting
- Knowledge of skilled nursing facility (SNF) rehabilitation practices
No on-call shifts
Work in a state-of-the-art therapy gym
Collaborative rehab team with an on-site director
Make a real difference in skilled nursing residents' lives
