We are looking for a hard worker to oversee daily operational success and ensure exceptional service. This is primarily an office-based role, though it may occasionally require field support when necessary.

Starting pay: $50,000 - $60,000 depending on experience.

Candidates are expected to have reliable transportation to/from work. Must be willing to authorize a background check and pre‑employment drug screen; TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is a drug‑free workplace.

Core Responsibilities

Supervise and dispatch move teams daily, coordinate employee scheduling and truck assignments.

Determine staffing requirements, interview, hire, and oversee new employee onboarding and training.

Coordinate and direct fleet maintenance and equipment inventory; ensure trucks and equipment are maintained in a clean, safe, and professional manner.

Promote safety and uphold safety procedures and policies; ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and FMCSA guidelines.

Complete monthly safety assessment reports and assignments to ensure compliance.

Assist the Safety and Risk Management team with gathering reports as needed.

Responsible for employee development, accountability, and corrective action programs.

Responsible for being an “on‑call” emergency contact outside of normal business hours.

Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.

Foster culture and engagement through monthly breakfasts and team meetings.

What We’re Looking For

A minimum of 3 years of business, management, or other relevant experience is required; TWO MEN AND A TRUCK or moving industry experience is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or another related field is preferred.

Demonstrated ability to lead by example, motivate, take initiative, develop, and direct people, and be accountable.

Must be willing to submit to a pre‑employment background check and random drug screens.

Ability to assess the performance of self, employees, and franchise to make improvements or take corrective action.

Strong decision‑making ability.
