Pay Rate: $25 per hour

As a Program Supervisor, you will oversee the operations of one house, working closely with your team to provide exceptional care and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Operations Management: Manage staffing schedules, approve timecards, and provide on-call support as needed. Ensure site adherence to 245D regulations and licensing standards. Administrative Support: Collaborate with guardians, case managers, and healthcare providers. Daily Site Management: Oversee meal planning, activities, and home maintenance to ensure a safe, comfortable environment.
