Building Waters is seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Electrician to join our growing team. If you take pride in delivering quality workmanship, enjoy solving electrical challenges, and want to work for a company that values its employees and customers, we'd love to meet you.

As a Journeyman Electrician, you'll perform residential and light commercial electrical installations, repairs, maintenance, and service work while delivering an outstanding customer experience on every job.

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in residential and light commercial properties.

Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and project specifications.

Install wiring, electrical panels, outlets, switches, lighting, and other electrical components.

Diagnose electrical problems and recommend effective solutions.

Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.

Work safely while maintaining a clean and organized job site.

Communicate professionally with customers, explaining repairs and recommendations.

Assist in training and mentoring apprentice electricians.

Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.

Current Journeyman Electrician License (required).

Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems (light commercial experience is a plus).

Thorough understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC).

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to lift, climb ladders, and work in various indoor and outdoor environments.
