Work within collaborative clinical teams composed of multiple therapists and psychiatric prescribers.
Provide clinical services remotely from the comfort of your home.
Participate in virtual clinical team meetings.
Receive hourly compensation, with a medical insurance benefit available to therapists working full-time hours.
Collaborate actively with psychiatric providers and other therapists to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
Must hold an active, unrestricted clinical license in at least one of the states we serve : Accepted clinical licenses may include LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC , or other equivalent independent clinical licenses recognized in the states we serve.
Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not required .
Experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities , is preferred.
Must not own or operate a private practice .
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of healthcare professionals.
Solid computer skills and comfort using basic technology, EHRs, and telehealth platforms.
Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based, and patient-centered behavioral health care.
