BCBA - Supervision Part-Time

Already Autism Health is hiring a BCBA in Charleston, SC and offering a $10,000 bonus. Already Autism Health is a leading provider of autism care services committed to enhancing the lives of individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism. The $10,000 sign‐on bonus is available with a required one‐year employment commitment. The bonus will be paid in scheduled installments throughout the first year of employment. In‐Person/In‐home Monday through Friday Internal career advancement opportunities Home‐based clients in Charleston, SC (29401) Competitive pay + incentives Referral Bonus $$$ General Duties / Skills Proficient in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Skilled in the implementation of behavior analytic interventions and strategies. Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to guide decision‐making and treatment planning. Experience providing training and supervision to behavior technicians and other team members. Proficient in using technology and software for data collection and analysis. Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the unique needs and goals of individuals with autism spectrum disorder. Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on evidence‐based practices and the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA). Provide direct behavior analysis services to clients, including conducting behavior assessments, data collection, and analysis. Train and supervise behavior technicians and other team members in the implementation of behavior intervention plans. Stay current with the latest research, best practices, and developments in the field of applied behavior analysis. Qualifications Must be a Board‐Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing. Master's degree or higher in applied behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and strategies. Current CPR and First Aid certifications. Contractual Agreements This is a part‐time position. The BCBA will be required to adhere to the professional and ethical standards outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
